The feature mentioned below are other than the normal features of conventional Dual push button full collective control with Auto / Attendant selection.

SAFETY AGAINST MALFUNCTION AND ACCIDENTS
In addition to Electromechanical Relay safety logic, system provide simultaneous Computer monitoring & guiding system, Co-working with relays to enhance safety and protection against accidents. For example; System can detect fault from intentionally jumped on accidentally by passed car door safety contact and hoistway door interlock and display the corresponding Error code and prevent the lift from running with doors open.

HIGH TECHNOLOGY FOR HIGH RELIABILITY AND TROUBLE FREE OPERATION.
System employs technically advanced Intel's 8051 family micro controller known for its everlasting high performance and other high quality components' design and tested to withstand the worst Indian conditions of power fluctuations and high temperature environment to achieve fit-and-forget solution for the elevators.

AUTOMATIC FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM
On operating the fireman switch, lift automatically turns to attendant mode after dropping the passengers safely to Ground floor. Indication of fire will be displayed on the car-operating panel as well as on all floor-operating panels to alarm the users.

LOW POWER CONSUMPTION
The system employs low power CMOS device Digital system to consume lesser power and to prevent unnecessary warming which is not only uneconomical but also cause aging and timely deterioration of system.

AUTOMATIC FAULT DIAGNOSIS (AFD)
Over 25 fault codes are displayed on hall operating panels and car-operating panel that simplifies maintenance. From the corresponding fault number, faulty area can be detected and thus reduces down time. Any local electrician can be trained for detecting and removing such faults with the help of inbuilt AFD and maintenance manual, especially for remote areas. Thus the time of inconvenience to the user is reduced.

AUTOMATED PARKING SYSTEM
If the lift remains not in use for 45 seconds, the lift automatically achieves its parking state. In this condition Microprocessor along with the fan and lights inside the lift turns OFF and automatically turns ON, if any call is received thus preventing untimely deterioration and power wastage.

CALL REGISTRATION BEEP
In addition to illumination of call registration switch, the registration of call is also indicated by call acceptance beep to confirm the user.

PRE ARRIVAL TONE
A pre arrival tone is sounded to alert the passengers to get in or to get down the car before stopping the car to any floor.

WORKING MODE INDICATION (Auto/Attendant)
Along with the direction and position indication, the mode of working (Auto/Attendant) is also displayed on car operating panel as well as on all floor-operating panels.

NO ELABORATE VENTILATION
The controller is designed to tolerate high temperature condition of Indian environment and hence having elaborate ventilation system in the machine room is not needed.

OVERLOAD INDICATION
Indication of overloading by blinking jewel and beep tone and stopping the lift from running until it is cleared which make sure that lift is not subjected to the condition of locked rotor, over stress etc.

UNTOUCHED DOOR REVERSING
While door closing, system provides automatic reversing of door if any passenger is detected between the doors by the series of Infra red sensors, without touching or hitting the person.

OTHERS
Problem arising due to power supply (phase failure etc.), Emergency switch pressed, Door blocked etc. is displayed on floor operating panel as well as on car operating panel by blinking P, E, d etc. The problem can be understood and can be attended by the user itself.

FEATURES ADDED WITH AC V.V.V.F. DRIVE SYSTEM

In this new technology, Alternating current is converted by a rectifier into direct current and thereafter by an inverter again into Alternating current with variable voltage and variable frequency (VVVF) for application to the lift main motor. It provides the following advantages.

HIGH POWER SAVING
No power is drawn from supply network during braking and there is very low power loss in the lift motor that makes the Drive system highly efficient. Thus up to 50% energy can be saved over conventional drive system, Which deserves not only by your bank account but also by Nation and Mother Nature. This energy saving will retrieve the installation cost in a very short span of time.

LOW STARTING CURRENT
The peak starting current is only about 1.2 times of motor running current as compared to 4 to 6 times in conventional drive system. It prevents high spike generation and line voltage fluctuations to the loads connected on same power line.

HIGH RIDING COMFORT
Although the new drive is sparing in its use of energy, it develops ride quality on which all passengers are keen: Gentle acceleration and precise stopping, Step less starting and braking without realizing it.

ACCURATE LEVELING
Immaculate leveling accuracy of +/- 5mm can be achieved with this system.

NO REGULAR MAINTENANCE
Highly reliable AC motor with solid state VVVF drive system do not require any regular maintenance compared to Ward Leonard drive system which employs an additional motor generator set and DC motor which require regular maintenance and monitoring.

SMALL SIZE GENERATOR
The power factor (cos phi) of drive system is almost equal to 1. The system can work with additional power source generator, having the maximum output K.V.A. rating just above the K.W. rating of the main motor.

UNAFFECTED TO PHASE REVERSING
Lift continues it normal operation on the condition of phase being reversed, where as other lift stops under this condition.

SUSTAIN LOW VOLTAGES
The voltage requirement for this system is 380 to 415 volts + /- 15% whereas in case of other systems it is 415 volts +/- 5%. Thus the requirement for voltage stabilizer is not necessary to be taken in consideration.
